mktcrew ("we", "us") provides a multi-tenant software service that helps businesses manage marketing operations using AI-assisted workflows connected to the customer's own third-party accounts.
Information we collect
- Account information (name, email) when you sign up.
- Integration data you authorize (for example analytics, search, ads, or publishing platforms) — stored to operate the service for your organization only.
- Usage and operational logs needed for security, billing, and support.
- Website usage data on mktcrew.com, including page views, clicks, scroll behavior, and session replays collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Analytics and session recording
On our public marketing site we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools help us understand how visitors use pages such as pricing and signup flows. Clarity may record mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page content except where fields are masked. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. The authenticated product at app.mktcrew.com uses separate operational logging for security and billing, not marketing session recording.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication in the product and for analytics session stitching on the marketing site. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How we use information
We use data solely to provide and improve the service for your tenant: running agents, showing dashboards, generating drafts for your review, and enforcing subscription limits. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer integration data to train general-purpose models shared across customers.
Retention and security
Data is stored in Google Cloud (United States, us-central1 unless otherwise agreed). Credentials for integrations are stored in Google Secret Manager per tenant. Access is limited to authenticated users in your organization.
Your choices
You may disconnect integrations in the product, request account deletion, or contact us for access or correction requests. See our data deletion instructions for connected-platform steps.
